Starting Weight: December 13, 2010 = 197.8
Saturday March 5, 2011 = 183.8
Last week: Saturday March 12, 2011 = 182.6 (-1.2lbs)
Today: Saturday March 19, 2011 = 181.6 (-1.0lbs)
I didn’t make enough time to get to the gym as much as I had like to, but I ate well and I’m happy with this weeks result.
